Team Council is an initiative under The Edumall, created with the belief that meaningful progress begins when people come together with knowledge, experience and a shared sense of purpose.
Managed by the KAP Foundation, Team Council brings together individuals, perspectives and conversations that can contribute to education, society and community development.

Inspired by a Life of Knowledge and Service
Prof. Kamta Prasad Shukla

At the heart of Team Council is the philosophy and life journey of Prof. Kamta Prasad Shukla, a distinguished academician, public health thinker, writer, mentor and institution builder.
A retired Professor from the Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, he devoted decades to academics, community health and public health development.
His work has been closely associated with understanding rural health challenges and contributing to the development and institutionalisation of support systems for rural healthcare.
His experience also extended to international public health initiatives, including his role as a Distinguished Member of a WHO Task Force. He is also a Fellow of the UK Medical Council.
Across academics, public health, mentorship and institution building, his journey has remained rooted in a simple but powerful belief:
Knowledge finds its true purpose when it contributes to society.
That belief continues to guide the spirit of Team Council.
